Is this a custom map or an existing map? If it is a map that you created then no license plates on AI vehicles usually means that the road network has not been assigned to any country.

In the old version , the node properties can choise the coutry all the time. But now there is grey and I can not click there.I think it is disable by SCS.
I just clicked the "counrty boarder" , and choose the counrty, all is well!
