My opinion is the current Scale 1:19 for Europe is far too small, you cannot place a lot of details and roads, it should be something between 1: 8 - 1:10. For mods  with  one country between 1: 1 and 1: 5 and for regions or fiction between 1: 1 and 1: 3 is good idea.

1/12th scale would actually be a good upsize on the scale of the map, solid balance of driving, and allow for more indepth exploration of countries. Would also allow for some further map development with some more backroads in interesting areas or having jobsites a little more out of the way.

Great video! Personally, 1:19 is a pretty good compromise for scale and detail. The distance isn’t too long and its detailed as well.
Btw I don’t know if there’s a specific good setting but I was wondering what steering sensitivity and force feedback settings do you use? lol

SCS is also camping with the scale problems because it's so small, I think like you said 1:10 would work the best, it's like not to big but also not too small to miss certain spots or details, I think with making a map it would also make it easier for SCS themselves

I would like to see a 1:5 map scale - (1 km = 5 km) (1 mile - 5 miles).
