Markdown目录在左侧信息栏显示能否改为帖子内显示？现在都用手机了！

请问开发大大能否将Markdown的目录显示放在帖子内显示，而不是在左侧信息栏中显示。
现在基本都是手机浏览网页了，左侧信息栏显示是看不到的。只有在帖子内显示才能看到。
